You can increase the duration of the online consultation when you receive a notification of an offer to increase the duration, the notification will come in the last 5 minutes. Select “Perpanjang” to add a consultation time.
You will be redirected to the consultation details page just like when you made a consultation order. Select the time to be added and select the payment method to be used and click “Konfirmasi”.
Wait for your request for additional time to be confirmed by the Practitioner and if the confirmation request is accepted, there will be additional active online consultation with the same 1 chat room as before the time increase, but with the difference that the time is increased.
Then to extend the video call consultation, an extension notification will appear in the last 5 minutes.
