Enter the online consulting service by clicking “Semua” in the Online Consultation section.
Choose Legal Practitioners based on their expertise.
Select the Legal Practitioner marked green/online mode.
If you see a screen like the one below, it means that the Legal Practitioner has arranged a schedule to receive a consultation based on the date that has been set. Select “Konsultasi Langsung”.
Select a payment method then select confirm.
Wait for the Legal Practitioner to confirm your consultation request, then you can complete the payment then start the consultation either in realtime.
