If you register as a Service User, all you have to do is:
- Open the Jago Hukum application.
- You choose to register/Sign-up via Facebook or Google Account (Android) or Apple ID (IOS) or Mobile Number or Email Address.
- You choose the Service User.
- Your account has been registered and you can export Jago Hukum.
- Congratulations, you can now use the Probono feature on Jago Hukum. If you want to do an online consultation or use a paid feature, you are required to verify your data first.
If you register as a Legal Practitioners, all you have to do is:
- Open the Jago Hukum application.
- You choose to register/Sign-up via Facebook or Google Account (Android) or Apple ID (IOS) or Mobile Number or Email Address.
- You choose a Legal Practitioner.
- You choose Profession.
- You choose Specialist. After that, your Practitioner account has been successfully created.
- You are required to verify your account by pressing the Profile column and clicking “Verify Now” to fill in the required data according to the Profession you previously selected.
- You can wait for your account to be verified by Minja.
- If you have received the “Congratulations Your Account is Verified” notification, you are officially registered with the Jago Hukum application.
- This step is required for those of you who activate Legal Services, i.e. you must add an office address. Add your work address by going to your profile page and then clicking “Set Up Now”.
- Click the “Add” icon.
- Fill in your office address with details then “Save”.
- Your address has been saved.
- Even though your account has been verified, your name has not appeared on the list of Legal Practitioners who can receive online consultations or legal services. Follow this tutorial (Setting up online consulting rates and legal services) for more.
