Guidelines for the use of legal services for Legal Practitioners

After previously Legal Practitioners managed to arrange to use legal services (how to activate legal services), the next is how to use these legal services.

  • Notification of legal services ordered from Service Users.
  • You will see there are legal services that need to be confirmed to be accepted or not on the home page.
  • When you click “Confirm” an option will appear to reject or accept the service order.
  • After choosing to accept legal service orders, you are asked to wait for the Service User to make payment.
  • The Service User has made a payment but has not started to discuss legal services, you are asked to wait for the Service User to start.
  • You will get a notification when the Service User has started to discuss.
  • You can start immediately if the service status is “Active”.
  • Initial view of legal services. To start a discussion, click “Consultation” and it will display a chat room with the user.
  • Next you must submit any requirements that will be required by you in this legal service. On the start page of legal services, click “Documents” then click “Add Document Supplies Terms”.
  • Fill in whatever requirements are needed then “Save”.
  • If more requirements are needed, repeat the previous steps and click “Save”.
  • You will get a notification if the Service User has uploaded the previously notified requirements.
  • You see the requirement, then click the “Download” icon and click the area to see the results.
  • If the requirements are deemed sufficient, you can continue by uploading a draft document (upload a draft document can be done >1 time).
  • Then you submit to be checked by the user so they can go to the next step.
  • You are currently in the “Review by Service User” status, wait for the draft document to be checked by the user to be able to proceed to the next step.
  • If you get a notification like this that means something needs to be fixed in the draft document that you have created, you can discuss with the user which part needs to be corrected by using the “Consultation” feature on the home page of this legal service.
  • Then if you get a notification like this, you can proceed to the next step.
  • You can continue with the next steps (depending on the steps you have set for the legal service product) in the manner described previously.
  • You will get a notification that the legal service has ended if the user receives the final document that you have previously submitted for checking. Then, the status of the legal service which was previously “Active” will change to “Ended”. You can see it in the “Activity” menu.
