You can apply for a refund after completing online consultations or legal services. The steps for submitting are:
- Click the “Aktivitas” menu and then select an online consultation or service for which a refund will be requested.
- Click the icon in the upper right corner, then it will display options as below:
- Request a refund by pressing “Ajukan Refund”.
- Fill in the form with the data you have and click “kirim”.
- Confirm the data you have filled in.
- Your refund application is in “Menunggu” status as it is being reviewed by Jago Hukum.
- After a review has been carried out and has been approved by Jago Hukum, then you will get a notification of approval for submitting a refund.
