- For Users who already have a Hago Hukum account, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Profile page and click “Customer Service”.
- Click the “Customer Service” icon in the lower right corner.
- Choose the category that fits the problem.
- Fill in the problem being faced then click “Send” and select “Yes”.
- Your problem has been sent and will be handled by the Jago Hukum Team.
- All submitted complaints can be viewed here (Follow the steps in step 1).
