Practitioners who have handled consultations by video call must immediately fill in a summary of the consultations that have been carried out by clicking the “Hasil Konsultasi” button.
Fill in the available fields with the results summarizing the consultations that have occurred before. If all fields have been filled in then the “Simpan” button will turn blue then click the “Simpan” button.
If the practitioner has provided the results of the consultation, then the consultation which was initially still in the “Berlangsung” section and with the status “Menunggu Hasil Konsultasi” will move to the “Riwayat” section and with the status “Berakhir”. At this stage, the consultation can be said to have really ended.
